TRI Point Homes Carolinas, a member of the TRI Pointe Group, has announced the start of sales for 58 new townhomes at its debut residential neighborhood, Ashburn, in the south Charlotte, N.C., suburb of Fort Mill, S.C.
The 10.5-acre community is located near Lake Wylie and provides access to Interstate 77 for commuters. The townhomes are available in a choice of six different open floor plans, which with range in size from 1,662 to 2,155 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three bathrooms. Depending on the floor plan and flex space options, features can include a walk-in pantry with added storage, dual primary suites, a second-floor loft room, and front porch and rear patio living spaces. Prices start from the high $250,000s.

Working through TRI Pointe’s LivingSmart program, each of the homes at Ashburn will be deigned and independently certified to exceed local energy codes, as well as include energy-efficient features throughout the home. The builder’s HomeSmart program also provides smart home features activated and supported by Amazon, with one or more Amazon devices and products that work with Alexa included in each home.
VIP pre-sales and daily tours of the community’s four model homes are underway for online registrants. Virtual home shopping tools are also available to customers, including online model home experiences and virtual sales appointments.
Move-ins at Ashburn are expected to start in late September or early October. Two additional TRI Pointe Carolinas communities, Townes at North Salem in Apex, N.C., and Waterside in Raleigh, N.C., are set to announce the start of sales for a combined 78 townhomes in the fourth quarter of 2020.
