Tri Pointe Homes opened the first three neighborhoods at Madera, a 316-acre community located in the southeast Phoenix metro city of Queen Creek, Arizona. Tri Pointe is building 266 single-family homes in the Grove, Orchard, and Terrace neighborhoods at Madera, with sales, pre-scheduled appointments, and six model home tours underway.

“It’s great to have our three new neighborhoods at Madera now open for sales, where we’re offering home buyers 14 new floor plans with personalized design options surrounded by attractive community amenities and an abundance of outdoors appeal,” says Tri Pointe Homes Arizona’s division president James Attwood.

Homes in the Grove at Madera will start from the low $500,000s with 105 homesites ranging from 1,800 to 3,200 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- to four-bay garages.

The 70 homesites at the Orchard at Madera will start from the high $500,000s. The floor plans in the community will range from 2,700 to 4,000 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and three- to four-bay garages.

The 91 homesites at the Terrace at Madera will feature floor plans ranging from 2,700 to 4,800 square feet with three to six bedrooms, two-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- to four-bay garages. Homes in the Terrace will start from the high $600,000s.

The homes within the Madera community will be designed and independently certified to exceed local energy codes and Energy Star certified, according to Tri Pointe Homes.

Upon completion, Madera will feature a 4.6-acre central park with a large pavilion, a pool, sport courts, play areas, and ramadas. Plans for the community also include a recreation center, parks, and nature trails.
