Trilogy by Shea Homes has announced the start of its “grand opening season” at Wickenburg Ranch, a master-planned community with a mix of all-ages and 55+ neighborhoods located one hour northeast of Phoenix in Wickenburg, Arizona. The builder is offering two new neighborhoods for sale, additional homes in existing neighborhoods, and nine new model homes in the community’s model home park.

The new Shea Homes collections at Wickenburg Ranch include single-story home plans starting in the high $200,000s. The Resort Collection is Wickenburg Ranch’s first duplex product, offering attached homes ranging from 1,340 to 1,680 square feet in size with two bedrooms, an office or den, two to 2.5 baths, and two-car garages. The Freedom Collection offers single-family homes ranging from 1,500 to 1,810 square feet in size, with two to three bedrooms, two to 2.5 baths, two-car garages, and an office or den in select floor plans. Both new collections feature Spanish Mediterranean, Western, and modern-style architecture.

The new model homes include Resort and Freedom designs, as well as the existing Vista, Ranch, and Sky collections. Three models are also available for the Estate series by Dorn Homes.

“We’ve spent years conducting consumer research, which is one of the many reasons we feel confident the newest homes at Wickenburg Ranch are what home buyers want right now,” says Jeff McQueen, president of the Shea Homes Active Lifestyle division. “With its rich mix of quality, possibility, connection, and wellness, the resort community continues to demonstrate our successful formula that it’s not about merely finding a place to live, but rather finding ways to enrich your life every day with neighbors who quickly become friends. While Wickenburg Ranch is not exclusively a 55+ community, it has become a natural draw for buyers of all ages, and we anticipate a continued rise in boomer residents now that we have more diversified home offerings than ever before. Homeownership in this desert oasis has never been so desirable and accessible.”

At full buildout, Wickenburg Ranch is expected to contain 1,600 homes across 800 acres. The community is currently averaging more than one sale per day, and has jumped from its 700th to its 800th home sale in less than three months. Trilogy by Shea Homes reports that prospective buyers booked more than 70 tours in the last weekend, with 125 additional appointments scheduled over the rest of March.

The community includes two golf courses operated and managed by Troon—Big Wick, an 18-hole championship course, and Lil’ Wick, a nine-hole entertainment course. Community amenities include a 32,000-square-foot clubhouse with a full-service spa, a fitness center, an art barn, five restaurants and patios for outdoor dining, and a golf pro shop.
