Trumark Homes recently partnered with Daiwa House Industry Co., which acquired 60% of Trumark’s equity interest. The new partnership has positioned Trumark to collaborate with additional major landowners to develop quality new housing in leading residential markets, expanding its footprint in California and beyond.

Douglass adds, “Combined with our veteran team members and our award-winning neighborhood and home designs, the partnership positions us as a major home building force in the industry. Our reputation as a skilled, forward-thinking home builder makes us an attractive partner for other landowners looking to optimize their land holdings with top-quality residential neighborhoods at the forefront of innovative design.”

Over the past 12 months, Trumark Homes has acquired land and announced new-home neighborhoods in markets throughout Southern and Northern California, including Concord, Covina, Escondido, Mission Viejo, Oceanside, San Rafael, Sunnyvale, and Vista. In 2021, Trumark Homes expanded outside of California with its first new home building division in Colorado.
