The Gilmore Grove community is close to several golf courses as well as hiking and biking trails at Lone Mountain Regional Park and Red Rock Canyon. The homes in the community feature spacious kitchens, large great rooms, expansive bedroom suites with walk-in closets, and ample storage space. Floor plans in Gilmore Grove feature up to five bedrooms and four baths, ranging between 1,700 and 2,400 square feet. Pricing begins from the low $400,000s.

The homes at Landings at Copper Ranch feature two-story floor plans with up to five bedrooms and four baths. Homes range in size from between approximately 1,500 and 2,400 square feet and are priced starting in the $450,000s.
