Landsea Homes, the 2022 BUILDER of the Year, closed on 95 additional homesites in the Waterstone master-planned community in Palm Bay, Florida.
The newest neighborhood for the builder, The Gardens at Waterstone, will feature 62 single-family homes in the first phase. Home buyers will have the opportunity to choose from several different design and floor plan options on 40-foot-wide lots. Community amenities will include a pool and a cabana.
Additionally, Landsea closed on 33 new homesites in the second phase of The Courtyards at Waterstone. The single-family homes in The Courtyards will feature 50-foot and 60-foot-wide lots, with floor plans ranging from 1,800 to 2,850 square feet.

All homes in both neighborhoods contain Landsea Homes’ High Performance Home features, including smart home automation technology utilized by the Apple HomeKit environment.
Waterstone, located in Southeast Palm Bay, is just minutes from Interstate 95, approximately an hour from Orlando, and a half hour from major Space Coast industries.
