According to Sterne Agee, top 25 existing home sales among the leading public builders during May beat the national market sales with a 6.2% Y-o-Y decline. Four of the top 25 markets showed Y-o-Y improvement in closed sales, with Austin, Texas reporting the highest growth at a robust 4.1%.
