Expansion in Santa Rita Ranch in Liberty Hill, Texas continues with builders recently opening seven new model homes in the top-selling community.
Sitterle Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes and Scott Felder Homes all opened new models in the Liberty Hill community’s Tierra Rosa village.
“This family of builders was selected by the developers of Santa Rita Ranch because of their commitment to excellence, which conforms to The Ranch Code — the values of the community,” said developer Ed Horne.
Perry Homes — new to the Santa Rita Ranch family of builders — is offering new homes from the $290,000s.
Sitterle Homes, also new to Santa Rita Ranch, joins long-time builder Scott Felder in offering garden home products for Ventana, a gated enclave within Tierra Rosa surrounded by miles of expansive Texas views. The new product line is designed for easy, one-story, lock-and-leave living with landscape maintenance and Hill Country views, says Horne. Information on plans and pricing for Sitterle’s offerings will be released shortly.
Highland Homes has already started pre-sales of 14 floor plans for homes situated on 50-foot home sites, priced from the high $200,000s. Homes designed for 60-foot properties will be priced from the low $300,000s.
Scott Felder floor plans for 50-foot home sites are priced from the low $300,000s already in Tierra Rosa. Homes on 70-foot properties will be priced from the mid $300,000s and floor plans will be released soon.
Santa Rita Ranch was named the 2017 Master-Planned Community of the Year by the Austin Business Journal and Master-Planned Community of the Year and Developer of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin and has the most new home sales and starts than any other community along the Ronald Reagan corridor, according to housing research firm Metrostudy. Homes in the community are priced from the $190,000s to the $700,000s.
