The Howard Hughes Corporation® has announced that a new neighborhood featuring Modern Farmhouse and Modern Craftsman townhomes by Beazer Homes is coming to Bridgeland®, a master planned community in northwest Houston, with the debut of Harmony Grove in early 2018.
Harmony Grove is the final neighborhood to join Bridgeland’s Lakeland Village® and will offer a low maintenance lifestyle, architecturally diverse streetscapes and walkability. The neighborhood will be nestled behind landscape berms and trees providing a private setting for residents of Harmony Grove. The offering will only consist of 68 home sites.
Beazer Homes’ new Modern Farmhouse design will be the first for the builder in Houston. It will be paired with the builder’s Modern Craftsman design offering a streetscape that will be unique not only to Bridgeland but to the Houston market.

The homes at Harmony Grove will feature the builder’s Choice Plans™ at no extra cost. The Choice Plans program allows for home buyers to choose whether their kitchen and dining areas are the central focus of the main living space, with the great room situated along the rear picture windows of the home, or if a more centrally-located great room is desired, the plan can be reversed. The Choice master suite options allow for different master bath configurations based on the home buyer’s preferences.
For the exterior, Modern Farmhouse elevations will include black-framed windows that contrast with the whites and grays of the exterior elevations. Some homes will include white painted brick and portions of black metal roofs that complement the overall architectural style. Covered patios will also be included.
