CalAtlantic Homes has announced the opening of Slater Woods, a collection of estate-style homes situated within the later Farms master-planned community in Noblesville, Ind.
“Homesites at Slater Woods are among the largest in the Slater Farms community. Most back to a wooded area with a natural creek or open space, and many allow for walkout and daylight basements,” said Craig Jensen, Indianapolis Division President for CalAtlantic Homes in a press release. “The community’s beautiful setting combined with our thoughtfully designed floor plans creates a distinctive character at this master-planned community.”
Situated on large, 100- to 110-foot-wide home sites, Slater Woods offers ranch and two-story homes. Floor plans range from 2,402 to 3,568 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half baths. Home buyers will have the option to expand the living space to include up to five bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths. The homes at Slater Woods feature open floor plans that are anchored by spacious Great Rooms that flow easily into modern gourmet kitchens with center islands. Strategically placed windows fill the home with natural light and provide an indoor/outdoor connection to the community’s wooded landscape and private, oversized back yards.
Each home includes an owner’s suite with spa-inspired amenities. Homeowners will have the option of adding a first-floor bedroom suite for hosting extended stay guests or relatives. The community offers Traditional, Craftsman, Prairie, and Tudor exterior architectural styles. Pricing starts in the mid $300,000s.
As part of the 212-acre Slater Farms master-planned community, residents at Slater Woods will enjoy a centralized community park with a pool and bathhouse, playground, basketball courts, and covered picnic areas overlooking a large community lake and nearby ponds. A walking trail that weaves throughout the community will also be extended this year to connect to the municipal Midland Trace Trail.
