CalAtlantic announced the opening of two new communities in the Midwest this week.
The Gates of St. John, is a community in St. John, Ind. Situated just five miles from the Indiana/Illinois border and 31 miles from downtown Chicago, the new community features beautiful home designs in close proximity to ample amenities.

Prairie Pointe is a new townhome community offering urban-style living in the Village of South Elgin, Ill.
