Southern California home builder RC Hobbs has broken ground on five new communities in the Inland Empire. The company expects to deliver 175 homes next year with a market value of just over $100 million.
“We believe that the Inland Empire offers the most growth for our company, while at the same time meets a huge demand in an area that has now become a home buyer favorite,” says Roger Hobbs, founder of RC Hobbs Co. “Pricing in other areas has gone up so much in the last year that many first-time buyers are priced out of the market; our goal is to change that.”
The new communities will be located throughout the Inland Empire. The Belmont Collection, in the Verdemont Heights area of San Bernardino, will consist of 16 homes on large lots, with home sizes between 2,900 and 3,200 square feet. Prices are anticipated to start from the low $700,000s and have no HOA or Mello-Roos taxes.
The next neighborhood, located in Jurupa Valley, will be the Hudson Collection, offering 28 homes ranging between 2,400 and 3,200 square feet. Also located in the Jurupa Valley is Montecito Collection, featuring 25 homes also ranging in size between 2,400 and 3,200 square feet, with anticipated prices for both to start in the $600,000s.
The fourth community is in Yucaipa and will be known as the Creekside Collection. RC Hobbs will build 44 homes ranging in size from 1,700 to 2,500 square feet; prices are expected to start in the upper $400,000s.
The fifth and final neighborhood is located in Riverside. Known as the Park Place Collection, this community will consist of 48 homes ranging between 2,100 and 2,600 square feet, with prices starting in the low $500,000s.
