Colorado-based Century Communities has expanded its footprint in the Denver market with land acquisitions in Aurora, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Parker, and Westminster, Colo. In total, Century has added 592 single-family home sites to its Colorado portfolio.

These five communities support the area’s demand for high-quality housing, according to Century. The Denver/Aurora/Lakewood submarket ranked 12th on the 2017 Local Leaders list with 5,564 closings last year. Century ranked No. 4 in the market with 661 of those closings, or 7.8%.

Century is currently selling or delivering homes in more than 28 communities in Colorado. “Century Communities continues to innovate and grow as a trusted national name in the home building industry,” said Liesel Cooper, mountain regional president of Century, in a statement. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to be expanding our presence within Colorado, where the company began 15 years ago.”

Here’s a breakdown of Century’s five new offerings:

Starling Hill at the Meadows: As one the of the final home building projects in Castle Rock’s master-planned community, The Meadows, Century has begun sales for its community of 98 single-family homes. The community will consist of the builder’s Century Complete offering, an extension of the Century brand focused on home attainability for buyers living in one of the nation’s most competitive housing markets. New homes are available with three-to-six bedrooms and priced in the mid $300s.

Tanglewood: Century is opening its newest community in Westminster, delivering single-family homes designed for move-up buyers with up to six bedrooms plus a community pool, priced from the low $500s. Upon the community’s completion, the builder will have delivered 210 new homes in this community. The model home is planned to open in late October.

The Heights: The builder is opening a community in Aurora that will feature 94 three-story, detached condominiums. With two-to-three bedrooms and two-bay attached garages, the stacked urban homes are priced from the mid $300s. Designed for urban commuters, the condos are centrally located less than three miles from RTD’s Iliff Station.

Enclave at Pine Grove: Century has begun sales in its Enclave at Pine Grove community in Parker. The builder will deliver 140 new homes upon the community’s completion, offering single-family homes with three to five bedrooms priced in the upper $300s.
