Century Communities on Thursday said it will be opening at The Woodlands Hills master planned community in Conro, Tx. Century Communities will be offering homes with prices starting in the mid-$200’s. Homes will range in square footage from 1,547 – 2,760 square feet with three to six bedrooms, and two to four and half baths.
The Woodlands Hills is the newest Houston area community by The Howard Hughes Corporation, one of America’s leading developers of master planned communities. The company’s previous Houston-area master planned communities are the award-winning communities of The Woodlands and Bridgeland. This 2,000-acre master planned community will feature 112 acres of open space, 20 neighborhood parks, a 17-acre Village Park, a state of the art amenity center with event space and fitness facility. The Woodlands Hills will also include an extensive trail system for hiking and biking.

The Woodlands Hills is located 13 miles north of The Woodlands and provides easy access to I-45, downtown, George Bush Intercontinental Airport as well as a multitude of shopping, dining and entertainment options. Ground was broken in November.
