Colorado-based Century Communities has expanded its presence in the Austin market with the acquisition of 283 lots in Austin, Liberty Hill, and Georgetown, Texas.
The public builder now controls more than 2,500 lots in 12 Austin-area neighborhoods, in addition to its Build On Your Lot offering.
Century acquired 53 home sites planned over two phases in The Bluffs at Pearson Place community, located in northwest Austin. The Bluffs, the newest neighborhood in the Pearson Place development, will feature Century’s luxury home offerings on 70-foot home sites ranging from 2,624 – 3,730 square feet, starting in the upper $400s.
In Liberty Hill, along the northwest corridor of Austin, Century will develop 160 home sites over two phases in the Grayson community. Starting in the mid $200s with home sizes ranging from 1,400 – 2,900 square feet, the community includes an amenity center and swimming pool.
In the Gatlin Creek community in Georgetown, Century has added 70 home sites, offering 55+ age-restricted homes from 1,000 square feet to over 2,500 square feet. The homes will be Century’s first in the newly developed community and pricing for its homes is not yet available.

In 2016, Century’s Austin division delivered 218 homes.
