Century Communities, Inc. this weekend is opening Sterling Ranch, a single-family community in southwest Las Vegas.
A grand opening event is set for January 11, with a brand-new model open for tours. Starting from the upper $500,000s, new homes at the community will offer optional RV parking, multi-gen, pool houses and casitas.
