Century Communities is set to host grand openings at two Utah communities this weekend. The Colorado-based public builder will open the doors to new model homes at Herriman Towne Center in Herriman and Woodsprings Estates in Springville.
At Woodsprings Estates, Century will offer 11 single-family floor plans on 33 larger lots. Available plans will range from 1,831 to 2,895 square feet and include 3-to-5 bedrooms and 2.5-to-3.5 baths. Three-bay garages are also included on each home. Homes will be priced starting in the mid $300s. Move-in ready homes are under construction now.
Grand opening festivities are set to take place Saturday, April 28 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The community is located seven miles from downtown Provo and just east of I-15.
Homes at Herriman Towne Center will range from 1,610 to 3,320 square feet.
At Herriman Towne Center, where move-in ready homes are now available after a grand opening ceremony was held April 14, Century will offer five single-family floor plans on 81 lots. Available plans will range in square footage from 1,610 to 3,320, including 3-to-6 bedrooms, 2-to-3.5 baths and 2-to-3 bay garages. Homes are priced starting in the low $300s and feature full unfinished basements.
Herriman Towne Center is located 30 miles from downtown Salt Lake City and 10 miles west of I-15.
