Century Communities (NYSE:CCS) over the weekend opened its Fiori Townhomes at Tuscany Village in Henderson, Nevada.
Fiori Townhomes’ features a new collection of single and-two-story townhomes in Century Communities’ guard-gated golf community of Tuscany Village.

Fiori’s new townhomes start in the low $200s and will appeal to a wide array of home buyers. The homes come in three flexible and welcoming floor plans ranging in size from 1,563 to 1,931 square feet. They also include 2-car attached garages, 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Home buyers will also enjoy state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, and views of the par 72 championship Chimera Golf Club.
Residents at Fiori Townhomes will have access to La Vita Tuscana, a 35,000-square-foot recreation center which includes a clubhouse, lagoon pool, lap pool, fitness center, aerobic and billiards room, plus racquetball, basketball and tennis courts.
