Century Communities, Inc. late Wednesday announced that The Enclave at Sonterra, a new community of single-family homes, is coming soon to Jarrell, Texas, outside Austin.
Part of the 1,400-acre Sonterra West development, the community will boast access to two swimming pools, a clubhouse, sand volleyball courts, trails and neighborhood parks with playgrounds. The builder anticipates opening a model home this spring.
