Century Communities announced its Century Complete brand has broken ground in the Birmingham, Alabama, area.

The builder is bringing its streamlined “Buy Now” process—making it easy for buyers to quickly purchase a new home online—to the area with two initial communities, one in north Birmingham and the other in Rainbow City.

Kensington Gardens in Rainbow City will feature single-family homes from the mid-$200,000s. Home buyers will be able to choose from three new floor plans with full-brick elevations that include three to four bedrooms, two baths, two-bay garages, and up to 1,773 square feet.

This enclave community of 15 homesites is located near Neely Henry Lake—one of the best-kept fishing secrets in the state, says the company.

Westchester in Birmingham will include six floor plans with three to five bedrooms, two to three baths, two-bay garages, and up to 2,376 square feet.

From its location in north Birmingham, Westchester provides access to city parks and shops. This location is also only 15 minutes from the airport and just 10 minutes from downtown, hospitals, and museums.
