Custom luxury home builders Streeter & Associates and Elevation Homes are combining under the Streeter name to offer a broader range of custom-building services for their customers.
Based in Wayzata, Minn., Streeter & Associates is a custom builder of luxury homes, starting in home value at $4 million and up. The company, founded 35 years ago by Steven Streeter and Kevin Streeter, also specializes in custom home renovations and condominium build-outs.
Elevation Homes, a Wayzata-based custom home builder formed by Streeter in 2006, builds homes in the $1 million to $4 million range.
By combining the two businesses, Streeter said it can take advantage of the design and building processes, and the partner and supplier networks that each had developed in their own right to drive more value for future customers.
The combined organization will employ more than 50 full-time employees. It will be led by Steven Streeter, president of Streeter; Nate Wissink, vice president of business development; and Bill Costello, director of operations.
