Empire Rental Living, a division of home builder Empire Communities (No. 94 on the 2022 Builder 100), has announced the launch of its first single-family rental community, Empire Metro, in Atlanta. Located on the southside of Atlanta’s downtown core, Empire Metro is nestled within a rapidly growing cultural and innovative neighborhood allowing residents urban living with the benefits of renting.

Metro’s location also provides residents with convenient access to the BeltLine and Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, as well as to interstate 75, 85, and 20 and MARTA. Its neighboring communities include Adair Park, Peoplestown, Castleberry Hills, and Summerhill, with MET Atlanta, Pittsburgh Yards, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and State Farm Arena located nearby.

“We’re thrilled to launch our first rental home community in the Atlanta market. With rising home prices and interest rates, demand for flexible rental options of our award-winning home designs has never been stronger. With Empire Metro, we provide our residents with attainable new home construction living in a great neighborhood,” says Donald Povieng and Cole Young, co-presidents of Empire’s North American Rental Division.

The contemporary three-story, two- and three-bedroom townhomes include a private covered terrace and connected garage for privacy and function. With open floor plans and ample room to work or play, each home comes with designer finishes, stainless steel kitchen appliances, central AC, and washers and dryers. Smart home technology is also included, featuring Google Fiber internet, keyless entry locks, Ring doorbells, smart thermostats, and leak sensors.

The Metro community marks another launch for Empire Rental Living in 2022, with additional launches scheduled for later this year. Empire Rental Living builds and operates build-to-rent single-family and multifamily rental communities in Georgia, Texas and Ontario, Canada, with over 5,000 new rental homes in the pipeline over the next five years.
