Fischer Homes has just completed a new decorated model in the Indianapolis market and is hosting a grand opening to celebrate on Saturday, February 1 and Sunday, February 2 from noon to 4 p.m. at the community of Woodhaven in McCordsville, Indiana.
The Preston model is a new ranch floor plan with more than 1,600 square feet of living space that features a private owner’s suite and island kitchen, which opens to the family room.
Woodhaven is an $80 million community with new home sites available. Buyers can choose from a variety of single-family floor plans from the Maple Street Collection of homes priced from the $200,000s to the $300,000s. Woodhaven is in the Mt. Vernon Community School District, with students attending Mt. Vernon High School.
