Fischer Homes will be hosting a Grand Opening event for the new community, Prestwick Place in Pierce Township, Ohio on Saturday, April 28 and on Sunday, April 29 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Prestwick Place is a modern farmhouse inspired community located in West Clermont Local School District and minutes from I-275 with easy access to downtown Cincinnati. An abundance of shopping, dining, and recreation options are nearby including East Fork State Park – one of Ohio’s largest parks, Pierce Township Park & Nature Trail, and Legendary Run Golf Course. Future amenities include a swimming pool, cabana, and playground.
Prestwick Place is a $70 million development featuring 26 floor plans from Fischer Homes’ Masterpiece, Designer, and Patio Home Collections from the $260,000s to the $510,000s. Prestwick Place is also home to the 2018 St. Jude Dream Home, with the proceeds benefiting the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Fischer Homes will be unveiling its new decorated model, The Andover Nantucket Retreat design, from their Masterpiece Collection of homes. This floor plan features a first-floor study, open kitchen and morning room, two-story family room with wall of windows, and a private owner’s suite.
