Fischer Homes will unveil its new Leland Modern Farmhouse model on Saturday, January 11 and Sunday, January 12 from noon to 4 p.m. at the community of Chesapeake in Pickerington, Ohio.
Chesapeake is a $33 million community that features 61 total home sites. Buyers can choose from a variety of single-family floor plans, including five-level, ranch, and first-floor master designs priced from the $380,000s to the $500,000s+. Chesapeake is in the Pickerington School District, with students attending Pickerington High School North.

The Leland model in Chesapeake has a first-floor owner’s suite and also features a spacious island kitchen, morning room, and a two-story family room with a wall of windows. The Chesapeake model home is located at 8458 Chesapeake Way NW, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.
Fischer Homes has 21 communities in the Columbus metro area with new homes ranging in price from the $180,000s to the $800,000s+.
