Fischer Homes will be opening a new community this year in the Northern Kentucky suburbs of Cincinnati, Reserve at Meadowood, that will feature floor plans from its Masterpiece Collection of Homes, including its best-selling five-level floorplan, the Clay.
The development will feature 76 home sites, valued at over $33 million once the community is complete. Home prices will start in the low $400s.

Conveniently located just minutes from I-75 and I-275, the community is less than 10 miles from downtown Cincinnati. Reserve at Meadowood is located in the Kenton County School District, where students will attend Dixie Heights High School.
