Fischer Homes has just completed a new decorated model in the Cincinnati area and is hosting a grand opening this weekend to celebrate.
The grand opening for the new Charles Modern Farmhouse model will take place on Saturday, February 1 and Sunday, February 2 from noon to 4 p.m. at the community of Magnolia Woods in Colerain Township.
The Charles design is the newest addition to the Fischer Homes model lineup. At 2,400 square feet, this new two-story plan features an open concept layout with a first-floor owner’s suite plus an optional guest suite. On the second floor, owners will find two additional bedrooms and a loft, overlooking the two-story family room.
Magnolia Woods is a $42+ million community with new home sites available. Buyers can choose from a variety of single-family floor plans, including five-level, ranch, and first-floor master designs priced from the $270,000s to the $350,000s+. Magnolia Woods is in the Northwest Local School District, with students attending Colerain High School.
