CalAtlantic Homes and KB Home, along with Del Webb, which has already begun construction on two 55+ neighborhoods, will build the first five neighborhoods within Terramor.
“We have now sold 520 of the 600 lots in Phase One of Terramor, which will result in the first five neighborhoods within this exceptional community,” said Steve Cameron, president of Foremost Companies in a press release. “The anticipation for Terramor is mounting among builders who want to be a part of this special place, as well as with our rapidly growing list of interested home buyers who recognize the ideal location and first-class, resort-style amenities being introduced to the region.”
Approved for 1,443 single-family homes, the first two neighborhoods, Cortina and Ardena by Del Webb, featuring 240 single-family homes for 55+ buyers within a variety of modern styles and floor plans, will open this spring.
KB Home will build two all-age neighborhoods, Sorrel and Caraway, totaling 170 two-story homes that will range from approximately 2,200 to 2,700 square feet. The neighbhorhoods are anticipted to open this summer.
CalAtlantic Homes will build an active adult neighborhood of 105 home sites called Sterling. The neighborhood will offer four new, one- and two-story home designs that will range in size from approximately 2,200 to 2,500 square feet. Sterling is expected to open in the winter.
Terramor offers immediate freeway access to all of Riverside County and is central to surrounding Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and San Bernardino counties. Complemented by the Santa Ana Mountains nearby, Terramor offers 360-degree views of the regional landscape and impressive vistas of the majestic Trabuco and Saddleback Peaks.
Terramor’s unique multi-generational community will be interlaced with over five miles of trails and paseos that connect to a broader trail system, bringing walking and hiking opportunities for active adults and families of all ages. Numerous other parks and outdoor amenities, including large and small dog parks, community garden, ball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, and tot lots, will provide year-round recreation for all residents.
“We envision Terramor as a community that inspires a strong sense of place and belonging,” said Cameron in the release. “The surrounding, expansive landscape and distinctly designed homes set the tone for the ultimate place to call home, while thoughtfully planned resort-style amenities and activities encourage interaction with neighbors and the warm feeling of being part of a community. We anticipate a strong response from both 55+ and all-age home buyers when they see Terramor’s unique character and rich offerings as we open this spring.”
