Fulton Homes has opened model homes for its first master-planned community, Estrella Commons, in Phoenix’s West Valley.
Seven model homes have been completed.

Located just south in Goodyear, Ariz., off Interstate 10 between North Bullard Avenue and North Estrella Parkway, Estrella Commons will offer 429 single-family homes with 23 new floor plans and seven common areas that feature multiple open turf play areas, two separate half basketball courts and a full-size soccer field. Three neighborhood series await buyers within Estrella Commons, Calistoga–North, Calistoga–South and North Shore.
One and two-story homes feature dozens of configuration options, including some with optional loft areas. Prices start from the low $270,000s.
The Calistoga series features open-concept floor plans ranging from 1,595 to more than 3,050 square feet and includes up to seven bedrooms, four baths and two-car garages. Fully decorated models include the Jerico, Fairwinds, Helena and Tamber Bey.
The North Shore series presents floor plans ranging in size from 1,851 to more than 3,850 square feet and host a variety of room options to suit many different lifestyles. North Shore’s ultra-configurable homes, some including new loft plans, provide the extra space of a two-story home, but the look and feel of a single-story home. Most floor plans feature three-car tandem garages and can include up to seven bedrooms and four baths. Models include Harris Beach, Rockaway and Arena Cove.
All homes at Estrella Commons feature the WaterSense label and are both Energy Star and Indoor Air PLUS certified to ensure state-of-the-art energy efficiency. Exclusive Fulton features are also included in all the Estrella Commons homes, complete with brick paver driveways, two-tone interior paint, window coverings, faux wood blinds and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, dens, great rooms and lofts.
Estrella Commons’ master-plan community is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Students who reside at Estrella Commons will be served by schools in the Avondale Elementary and Agua Fria Union High School Districts.
