Two Texas builders are offering a unique hurricane-related promotion this month, featuring up to $200,000 off select, move-in ready homes. The ‘Houston Strong’ sales event, hosted by Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes, includes over 100 homes in popular Houston-area communities.
“These homes were unaffected by the Hurricane Harvey and many include upgrades such as hardwood floors, Texas-sized patios with outdoor kitchens and media rooms,” says Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. (MHI), parent company of Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes.
According to the companies, all homes meet or exceed Environments for Living (EFL) standards, helping homeowners to save on energy costs while reducing their environmental impact.
Coventry Homes offers single-family homes and townhouses priced from the $300,000s to over $1 million, with a presence in 28 Houston communities, as well as the Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio areas. Plantation Homes is active in 15 Houston communities and the Dallas-Fort Worth market, offering single-family designs from the $190,000s to over $500,000s. To-be-built homes and Build On Your Lot homes are excluded from the Houston Strong sales event.
