Jaeger Homes has unveiled plans and pricing for new custom courtyard-style homes in Grand Central Park, the newest master-planned community in Montgomery County, Texas.
Starting in the $430s, Jaeger’s one-story plans include a permanent interior staircase leading to a Texas basement storage space, master suites, and two or three-car garages.
Several three and four-bedroom, two-story plans from 3,415 – 3,680 square feet offer standard eight-foot doors and high ceilings downstairs, chef-inspired island kitchens, great room concepts to create active living spaces, and luxurious master garden baths.
Jaeger Homes’ Grand Central Park plans are available in stone-and-stucco and brick-and- stucco custom exteriors, however no two homes will have the same elevation within the neighborhood.
The luxury home builder’s Grand Central Park model home is expected to open in February.
