Jones Homes Opens Charlotte-Area Community

Homes in Indian Land, N.C. start in the $400,000s.

More new-home activity is underway in the Charlotte, N.C. market. bizjournals.com reports:

A sales center and model homes for a home builder that arrived last year in the Charlotte region are open in Indian Land. Jones Homes USA, an Orlando, Florida-based home builder, has plans for 93 homes in the Bent Creek community.

Earlier this month, the company held a grand-opening event at Bent Creek.

“We are so honored to be opening our second community in the area and homes in this community are going to go quickly,” says Rob Kreisher, director of sales for Jones Homes USA’s Charlotte division.

Bent Creek is being developed on 183 acres on Chippenham Avenue, off Jim Wilson Road in Indian Land, about 25 miles south of uptown Charlotte.

Jones Homes plans homes there ranging in size from 2,700 square feet to almost 4,500 square feet. Its homes in Bent Creek start in the [mid-]$400,000s.
