This week KB Home announced the opening of two new communities–one in California and one in Colorado.
The Villas at Copperleaf is the builder’s newest commuter-friendly community in the Metro Denver area. Situated in South Aurora, The Villas at Copperleaf offers easy access to E-470 (ExpressToll 470), Interstate 70, Hampden Avenue and Quincy Avenue.
Located in the master-plan Copperleaf community, homeowners at The Villas will have access to a number of community amenities, including a clubhouse, lap pool, splash garden, sport courts, a tot lot, and parks.
KB Home plans to construct 124 paired homes at The Villas at Copperleaf, with five floor plans available, ranging in size from 1,443 to 1,883 square feet. Featuring up to five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, and private yards, these homes are priced starting in the low-$300,000s.
KB also announced the grand opening of Brezza, a commuter-friendly community of new single-family homes situated just off Topanga Boulevard in Chatsworth, Calif.
Brezza is only a short commute to area employment centers, excellent shopping, and s entertainment. Hiking, biking and other recreational activities are plentiful at nearby Chatsworth Oaks Park, Chase Park and Lanark Recreation Center. Shopping and dining destinations are within a short drive to Northridge Fashion Center, Warner Center, and Westfield Topanga.
