KB Home (NYSE: KBH) on Friday announced the grand opening of Lake Minneola Landings, a collection of contemporary one- and two-story homes on large home sites in Clermont, Florida.
Situated near Highways 50 and 27 and Florida’s Turnpike, Lake Minneola Landings is convenient to Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, downtown Orlando, and major entertainment attractions such as Disney World® and Universal Studios®.
Lake Minneola Landings offers direct community access to the 36-mile South Lake Trail for walking, running and biking. Pricing begins in the mid-$200,000s.
