KB Home (NYSE: KBH) on Monday announced that Link 33, a new townhome-style condominium community in highly desirable Redwood City, California, is now open for sales.
The new homes are a short drive to downtown San Francisco and Silicon Valley, and close to popular outdoor recreation, family friendly parks and fitness trails.
To accommodate the home buying process, Link 33 is open for private, in-person tours by appointment only and in compliance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local safety guidelines. Home buyers also have the flexibility to schedule a virtual visit with one of KB Home’s sales counselors. Additionally, the KB Home website makes it easy for home shoppers to view photo galleries, experience virtual home tours, explore interactive floor plans and discover the Design Studio.
“Your home should be the foundation for your family, supporting your health and providing comfort and relaxation,” said Chris Apostolopoulos, regional president of KB Home Northern California. “We’re proud to be opening this new community in beautiful Redwood City, as this sought-after location provides a rare balance between big-city accessibility and small-town charm.”
The townhome-style condominium homes at Link 33 showcase design characteristics like gourmet kitchens, master suites with walk-in closets, outdoor decks and flex spaces that can serve as extra bedrooms or home offices. The new two- and three-story homes range in size from approximately 1,100 to 1,800 square feet, offer up to three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, and feature attached parking. Additionally, the new homes are designed to deliver an enhanced indoor air environment and include high performance ventilation systems, low- or zero-VOC products in insulation, paint, carpeting and cabinetry, and other features guided by the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Indoor airPLUS standards. Pricing begins from low-$1 millions.
