KB Home announced the grand opening of Talesera Hills, the builder’s newest Las Vegas-area community, in the city of Henderson.
The City of Henderson and the Village in Lake Las Vegas offer shopping, dining and entertainment nearby, while downtown Las Vegas and McCarran International Airport are within a twenty-minute drive of Talesera Hills.
Homeowners at Talesera Hills will be able to enjoy the area’s recreational opportunities, with the Lake Mead National Recreation Area only three miles away. KB Home plans to build 75 one- and two-story homes at Talesera Hills, with seven floor plans available that range in size from 2,035 to 3,489 square feet and can be built with up to six bedrooms and four baths. Pricing begins in the high-$200,000s.
The energy- and water-efficient homes offered at Talesera Hills are designed to meet ENERGY STAR® guidelines and include WaterSense® labeled faucets and fixtures, which can help homeowners save money on their monthly utility bills as compared to other new and resale homes.
