It’s no secret that LGI Homes was moving into Washington. But late last week, The Woodlands, Texas-based entry-level builder made things official with the introduction of two communities in the Greater Puget Sound area.

The first community, Evergreen Pointe, is located in Northwest Olympia and has homes starting from the mid-$200s. LGI touts the community’s proximity to Interstate 5 for an easy commute to downtown Olympia and into Tacoma. Evergreen Pointe has six different floor plans with up to five bedrooms and three baths. The community features granite counter tops, energy efficient kitchen appliances and two car attached garages.

LGI Homes’ second location in the State of Washington, Summerwood Park, offers new homes with over $25,000 in upgrades included. The neighborhood is located just southeast of Tacoma, in the Puyallup area, and comes complete with incredible community amenities including a park with a children’s playground, basketball court, and multiple picnic areas.
