Mattamy Homes has lured a Publix supermarket to anchor its commercial development at RiverTown, the company’s master-planned community along the St. Johns River in St. Johns County, Florida.
The commercial amenities will be a retail shopping center anchored by the 54,000 square foot Publix supermarket with a drive-thru pharmacy, adjacent retail shops and outparcels. Publix is currently working through St Johns County’sdevelopment process.

RiverTown has 11 model homes that are open daily to tour. The community is just a short drive from Jacksonville’s sports, arts and entertainment, and has convenient access to top-rated schools.
