The New Home Company announced the opening of Amethyst, a first-of-its-kind enclave of 54 paired homes at Parasol Park, the newest community in Irvine’s Great Park Neighborhoods.
Select homes at Amethyst will offer New Home’s unique Life Space options including the Flex Suite, with a private entrance and the freedom to customize spaces into an urban studio, guest pad, creative office space, or whatever may fit a family’s needs.
Designed by SDK Atelier Architecture + Planning in a variety of floorplans ranging from 1,806 to 2,197 square feet with up to three bedrooms and three baths, the residences at Amethyst are surrounded by parks, pools, playgrounds, outdoor kitchen and a community GreenHouse. Prices will start in the high $600,000s.
Amethyst represents New Home’s initial offering at the Great Park Neighborhoods, recently named one of the top selling master-planned communities in the nation. Shortly after the model home Grand Opening, New Home will release the first phase of Amethyst residences to those on its priority list.
