Plantation Homes recently unveiled a new model home in Grand Mission Estates showcasing designs for a new section of the Richmond, Texas master-planned community.
The three-bedroom model is the builder’s single-story Carmine floor plan. Offering more than 2,000 square feet of living space, the home is packed with options such as a playroom, a fireplace in the spacious living room and a five-foot garage extension. Decorator highlights include a giant Scrabble board on one wall of the playroom and a dinosaur mural in one bedroom.
“We are very excited about our model and our newest section,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI), parent company of Plantation Homes. “We are building on 50-foot and 60-foot home sites here with flexible floor plans that can easily be customized to suit the needs of all home buyers.”
The model is one of more than a dozen floor plans designed for homes situated on 50-foot properties. Homes range from 1,650 to more than 3,300 square feet and are priced from the $220,000s. Standard features include island kitchens, spacious master suites, mudrooms and two-car garages.
Homes on 60-foot home sites range from 2,200 to 3,500 square feet and are priced from the $280,000s. Buyers can choose from 13 designs.
Sales have already begun with 20 home sites available in the 50-foot section and 26 properties available in the 60-foot section.
Grand Mission Estates is located off Grand Mission Boulevard and the Westpark Tollway. Amenities include two recreation complexes with pools and spray pads, as well as sports courts, trails and playgrounds.
