The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC, a Green Brick Partner, is adding new single-family home designs in the final phase at its new Alpharetta community, East of Main.

Priced from the $800,000s, East of Main is comprised of a variety of homes including townhomes, new single-family homes and courtyard designs around the historic Manning House, carefully restored from its original 1908 construction to welcome residents and visitors at the community’s sales center and front door on Academy Street. Its location puts home owners in the center of all the action in downtown Alpharetta.

Home buyers have two new single-family home designs to choose from in the final phase at East of Main: the Sterling and the Greenwood. Homes range from 2,728 to 2,968 square feet of living space with three-to-four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and two-car, rear-entry garages. The three-story homes also offer third-level retreats, private courtyards and exterior details that perfectly blend with the surrounding area.

Residents enjoy a live-work-play lifestyle at East of Main. Perfectly situated just one block from Main Street, this new Alpharetta community is convenient to popular shopping, dining and entertainment at Avalon and will offer easy access to the upcoming Alpharetta Loop and City Trail.

Children residing at East of Main attend highly ranked Alpharetta High, Hopewell Middle and Manning Oaks Elementary.

East of Main is located at 94 Academy Street in Alpharetta.
