Richmond American Homes of Washington, which is a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, has debuted four model homes at three new communities from in Washington state.
In Lacey, the Dillon model home debuted on Saturday, July 9. This golf course community boasts floor plans with up to six bedrooms and approximately 3,300 square feet, from the mid $400,000s. The Dillon plan features four to six bedrooms, a private study, a three-car garage and approximately 3,100 square feet.
The builder says Daniel and Delaney ranch plans and the two-story Desiree plan, which has a main-floor master suite, are coming soon, and golf course homesites are available.
Two new model homes are scheduled to grand open at Sunrise at Mill Valley in Bothell on July 23. Priced from the mid $500,000s, this new community features contemporary two-story floor plans with up to six bedrooms and approximately 3,650 square feet. The Lander model home has three to five bedrooms and approximately 2,350 square feet, and the Lennon includes three to six bedrooms and approximately 2,750 square feet. Optional daylight basements are available.
Richmond American’s two-story Hemingway model grand opened at Maple Hills in Covington on Saturday, June 4. Agents and buyers alike were excited to tour one of the builder’s most popular floor plans. The six available plans at Maple Hills offer up to seven bedrooms and approximately 4,950 square feet, from the low $500,000s. The options include daylight basements. The Hemingway plan boasts four bedrooms and approximately 2,700 square feet, but jumps in size to approximately 4,000 square feet with the optional daylight basement.
