Rosewood will offer five single-story floor plans ranging from 4,020 square feet to over 5,000 square feet, plus courtyards with disappearing glass walls, three- and four-car oversized garages, and authentic architectural detailing.

Pre-sales are expected to start later this year with model grand opening anticipated in the first quarter of 2019. Prices will starts in the high $900s.

The site is located nearby two other Rosewood communities – Sierra Boulders, which was completed in 2016, and Sierra Highlands, which has sold 24 of its 25 homes with prices ranging from the low-to-mid $1 millions.

Rosewood also recently commenced development on its new 61-home Rosewood Golf Villas along the Golf Club at Estrella in Goodyear, Ariz.
