A new builder has joined the roster at a community called Durham Farms in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The Tennessean reports:
Ryan Homes, a builder active in more than a dozen states and throughout the Nashville region, is the latest home builder selected for Durham Farms. The company plans to build a total of 52 homes in the community with prices expected to begin in the low $400,000s.
Homes will feature flexible floor plan and will range in size from 2,239 square feet to 2,859 square feet. Ryan Homes has lots near The Farmhouse and along the neighborhood’s main boulevard.
“We are pleased to welcome Ryan Homes to our established builder team at Durham Farms. Its thoughtful approach to creating personalized residences will only further Durham Farms’ success as the second-fastest growing community in Tennessee,” said Suzanne Maddalon, vice president of marketing for Freehold Communities, the company developing Durham Farms.
