Scott Felder Homes on Tuesday announced that Foxbrook, the new planned community in Cibolo, Texas, will open this fall. The low-density, 98-acre planned project will include ample green space throughout the community as well as around every home with 65’ wide home sites and 40 to 45’ wide homes.
The five-phase new community is located only twenty minutes from San Antonio on FM 1103 just off Interstate-35 and only one mile from Loop 1604.
The homes will start from the $290s; feature open floor plans ranging from 1,680 – 2,986 square feet; have two to three bedrooms, two to 2.5 baths, and two to three car garages; contain gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and Whirlpool® built-in stainless steel appliances; and have tile flooring in the entry, kitchen, casual dining, laundry and bathrooms.
The Scott Felder Homes Foxbrook model home will open for tours Fall 2016.
