Taylor Morrison Homes Corp. (NYSE:TMHC) recently broke ground on its first 55-plus resort-lifestyle community in the Tampa area, Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch.
Taylor Morrison’s Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch will be Tampa’s newest Esplanade community with plans for approximately 868 single-family and detached villa homes with California Tuscan inspired architecture. This coming-soon resort-lifestyle community is centrally located in Wesley Chapel, minutes from shopping and dining at the Shops at Wiregrass and close to I-75.
