Taylor Morrison is only building 37 homes at The Reserve at Old Lost Mountain outside Atlanta, but will offer nine different floor plans with homes starting in the high $200s.

The floor plans range from about approximately 2,430 to 3,490 square feet and feature two-story homes with up to five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, three-car garage, large family rooms, luxurious master suites, flex spaces, and spacious gourmet kitchens.

The Reserve at Old Lost Mountain, located in Powder Springs, Ga., is near work corridors and with easy access to Georgia State Route 360, residents will have a direct route to I-75 while the East-West Connector provides a straight route to I-285.

The community’s location is a major selling point, says Shawn Cate, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Atlanta division. “The Reserve at Old Lost Mountain is located near some of the best schools, shopping and dining in metro Atlanta,” he says. “With nine floor plans now available, home buyers have the opportunity to own a home that works best for their family while enjoying all that Cobb County has to offer.”

A variety of shopping and dining destinations are a quick trip away and residents who are looking to enjoy the outdoors are in close proximity to several parks such as Wild Horse Creek Park and Lost Mountain Park. Powder Springs boasts of exciting annual events, high quality parks, trails, and recreational facilities, a beautiful historic downtown and Towne Square, that’s a host to events, concerts, shopping, and has connecting trails and routes to the popular Silver Comet Trail.

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Taylor Morrison was Atlanta’s sixth-biggest builder in 2016 with 528 closings, according to BUILDER’s Local Leaders data.
