Taylor Morrison has launched home sales at Bent Creek, a 182-acre community in Indian Land, S.C.
The Scottsdale, Ariz.-based public builder will offer 138 home sites in the community, featuring eight different floor plans, including two-story and ranch-style homes.
Home buyers will be able to choose from two- to six-bedroom homes ranging in size from 2,200 to more than 3,575 square feet and starting in the mid $300,000s. Planned resident amenities will include a centrally located pool and cabana as well as a fitness center.
An information center and two furnished model homes are now open and eight inventory homes are currently under construction and will be move-in ready this year.
Bent Creek is Taylor Morrison’s second community in Indian Land. The Retreat at Rayfield, a Taylor Morrison community located on Halifax Drive in Indian Land, opened in late 2015 and recently introduced two new floorplans as part of its newest and final phase of development. Taylor Morrison has 14 communities in the Charlotte region, including four currently in development.
“We’re very encouraged by the interest we’ve received at Bent Creek and look forward to welcoming our first residents to the community,” said Kevin Granelli, Charlotte division president for Taylor Morrison. “We have carefully chosen floorplans that reflect what today’s home buyers are looking for, including ranches and homes with first-floor owner’s suites.”
The timeline for the Taylor Morrison’s full build-out at Bent Creek will depend upon sales activity.
