Taylor Morrison this week produced a flurry of announcements, including one in which it said it has recently appointed Rick Carruthers as its new division president for the Atlanta division.
Carruthers will oversee all divisional aspects of Taylor Morrison’s day-to-day home building operations and brings with him many years of experience in the home building industry.

Prior to the new role as the division president, Carruthers’ experience includes more than three decades in various roles with Century Communities Inc.; KB Home; John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, Atlanta; and Atlantic Homes of Florida, Tampa. Carruthers’ holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Excelsior College in Albany, New York and an M.B.A from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia.
Near Atlanta, Taylor Morrison recently announced its newest single-family homes community, Shiloh Manor, is coming soon to Cumming, Georgia.
