Taylor Morrison has a big day planned at two of its Denver communities as it hosts a double grand opening event on Saturday, Jan. 13.

The events will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Sterling Ranch in Littleton, Colo. and Ravenwood at Terrain in Castle Rock, Colo. Guests who tour Taylor Morrison’s model homes at the communities can enter for a chance to win a 60-inch 4K television.

At Ravenwood, Taylor Morrison has 36 homesites and will offer buyers homes from its Destination Collection, featuring four distinct floor plans: the Eldora, Steamboat, Crested Butte, and Keystone.

Priced from the upper $400,000s, the collection includes one- and two-story homes ranging in size from approximately 2,710 square feet to 3,513 square feet with up to 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. These homes make the most of Colorado living with striking entryways, open-concept living spaces, and dramatically designed great rooms, gourmet kitchens, butler pantries, and expansive owner’s suites, Taylor Morrison says. The homes include granite countertops, energy-efficient features, 3-car garages, and options like formal studies, additional guest rooms and, finished basements.

“Terrain is a unique community that provides an active and exciting lifestyle to its residents,” said Brian Cartwright, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Denver division. “At Terrain Ravenwood in Ravenwood Village, Taylor Morrison is offering an impressive collection of new homes designed to make the most of the lifestyle and the beauty of Terrain.”

Taylor Morrison also has 37 homesites at Sterling Ranch where it will be among the first to build new homes in Providence Village, the first of nine villages to open in the master-planned community. It will offer new homes from its Destination Collection at Providence Village, including the Arapahoe, Aspen, Avon, and the Eldora floor plans. The homes in Providence Village will be priced from the $600,000s and provide spacious living, authentic architectural details, and a selection of one- and two-story floor plans with up to 3,700 square feet living space.

“Sterling Ranch is a remarkable lifestyle community that’s working to pave the way for more connected and sustainable living,” said Cartwright. “We’re excited to give home buyers the chance to be a part of it with an exemplary collection of Taylor Morrison homes in the flagship community of Providence Village.”
